Accu-Med provides the servers, installs the software, handles the updates and provides back-up services for you. You provide the hardware you need in your facility and a high-speed connection to our data center. There’s no software to buy and no long term commitment. Low monthly subscription fee is based on your facility size. Rates vary from $.24 to $.38 per licensed bed per day for clinical and financial suites.
- Subscription Solutions --
Facilities and chains that want to host their own applications can enjoy the benefits of Accu-Med software on a monthly subscription basis that covers all software, support and updates. There’s no software to buy and no long term commitment. Our flagship Orcas clinical and financial suite starts at less than $900 per facility per month.
- Purchase --
Facilities and chains who wish to own their Accu-Med software licenses may do so at very attractive prices. Over the historically long life of Accu-Med software, this can be an affordable option.
With Comprehensive Education
Education is the key to success with software. High turnover and demanding schedules can make it difficult for staff to keep up to speed on all the things your software has to offer. Accu-Med offers a full spectrum of training tools designed for the real world of long term care:
- On-site training at initial implementation
- Custom tailored on-going training, on-line
- Free on-going, on-line training sessions, see schedule for topics
- Free classroom training at Accu-Med's training center in Cincinnati, OH - up to 5 days per year, up to 10 trainees a day.*
* Dates and times coordinated by Accu-Med staff and subject to availability. Trainees are responsible for all travel and out-of-pocket expenses.
