2010 ICD-9 Library Update
Attention: Accu-Care Clinical DOS Users

Please read and follow the instructions carefully.
Note: The 2010
ICD-9 Library update will add new diagnosis codes to the Accu-Care
DOS program through the update file below.
Linked System Customers: If your install of Accu-Care DOS is linked to Accu-Care Census or Accu-Count DOS financial system, only one update is required to be run from either system, not both.
It is recommended that you perform
a database backup prior to running the ICD-9 update. All users MUST exit the program prior to the update.

Installation and running the update file
- Click the 2010 ICD-9 Library Update link above.
- Read the 2010 ICD-9 Library Update message. Click OK to continue.
- The WinZip Self-Extractor screen is displayed. The path listed under the Unzip to folder field should match the path on your system where Accu-Care is installed. If it does not, manually type the correct path or click the Browse button and select the correct path..
- Once the correct path is set, click the Unzip button to continue.
- Once the update files have been extracted you will see the message "3 files(s) unzipped successfully." Click OK to continue.
- The Accu-Care database files will be automatically indexed.
- The Update completed successfully! screen is displayed. Click [Enter] to continue. The update is complete.
