We rolled it out in all 28 of our buildings. It was one of the best decisions we have made in this organization. It allows our managers to track admissions, payer sources, what codes we typically treat our residents with and efficiencies of our therapists. It allows our Area Directors to monitor the financials on a daily / weekly basis instead on finding out we had been over or under staffed at the end of the month.

Our revenue tripled the first year. I would recommend Cypress to anyone who wants to monitor their financials more closely without micro-managing their employees. It truly has changed how efficiently and how effectively we do business.

Being able to see all of the critical information that both a therapist and their management team need to see, in a format that is easy to read has always been one of Cypresses strongest strengths.

The product is very user friendly. I know this sounds like what everyone says about their software but it really applies to this application. This is very important to therapists as many of them really don't have much experience with computers and got into this field to work directly with clients. Cypress is very logical in it's workflow design so our data entry is quick and easy to complete.

Cypress is designed to help me both monitor efficiency levels as an organization and then to show how I can maximize our resources. With the economy as it is today it is nice that a software package can keep us up-to-date with all of the changes in the regulations so that we don't miss out on the revenue we should receive for the work that we do.

If we ever call support, both our management team and individual therapist find the staff very friendly and very helpful. This focus on customer service excellence has been consistent from the very beginning.

Prior to installing Cypress my company hand tracked and hand counted all of our rehab billing. With 4 facilities and 4 separate ways of tracking compiling information for the billing office took hours. With Cypress I can manage all of our facilities from one place. We are now able to provide the billing office with accurate billing information in the time it takes to e-mail the reports. Having this software program significantly reduced the hours of compiling and checking hand written information which allowed me to manage the staff and department more efficiently.
